Rates for 2025-2026 effective 3/1/26. Rates are based on two-person occupancy. All RV Spaces have full hook-up: Water, Sewer, and Electric.
Prices are subject to change without notice. NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS. YOU MUST BE PRESENT WHEN YOU HAVE GUESTS. GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY BY THEMSELVES. THIS IS A 55+ RESORT. NO CHILDREN ALLOWED.
RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Daily and Weekly Reservations requires payment in full at time of booking.
Summer and Monthly Reservations require a 25% non refundable deposit at time of booking. In the event you find it necessary to cancel, a voucher will be given based on availability and can be used anytime EXCEPT during the winter season and holidays.
Winter Monthly Reservations require a 25% non refundable deposit at time of booking. If you cancel 90 days prior to your arrival due to a medical condition, a refund will be given.
Daily and Weekly: All daily and weekly reservations require you cancel 7 days prior to check in. Any cancellations within 7 days will forfeit payment.
IN THE EVENT, YOU FIND IT NECESSARY TO VACATE YOUR SITE EARLY, MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RE-LEASE YOUR SPACE. NO REFUNDS IF YOUR SPACE IS RE-LEASED.

RV Guests: Boat Docks must be reserved at time of booking
Pet Fee RV sites: $10.00 per pet per stay
No pets allowed in cottages.
ALL COTTAGES INCURE A $150-$200 NONREFUNDABLE CLEANING FEE
