Daily reservations require a 1 Day non-refundable deposit.

Weekly and Monthly reservations require a 25% non-refundable deposit.

Winter Season Reservations for 4 months and longer will be charged a 25% Cancellation Fee (based on the total cost of the stay), if cancelled within 90 days of check-in.

Pet Leases are required and must be signed at time of check-in. 

NO REFUNDS GIVEN AFTER CHECK IN.

All rentals are based on 1 or 2 person occupancy, with a maximum of one vehicle, and one boat.
Extra person charges are $15 per day per person.
Dockage is on a "first come, first served" basis. Dockage fees are $10.00 daily/$50.00 weekly/$100 monthly and are for registered guest boats only.

IN THE EVENT OF A MANDATORY EVACUATION YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVAL OF ALL PERSONAL PROPERTY, i.e. RV, WATER CRAFTS, AND VEHICLES, FROM THE RESORT.

Visitors staying overnight must sign in at the office and pay $15 per person per day. NO SIGNS, BANNERS OR DECORATIVE ITEMS SHALL BE PLACED ON PROPERTY.

MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE YOUR SITE WHEN DEEMED NECESSARY.  YOU WILL BE GIVEN NOTICE IF THIS SHOULD HAPPEN.
